Career Day offers students a look into today’s fashion careers, and the opportunity to learn from leading fashion industry professionals. Career Day includes informative and interactive sessions addressing career path opportunities, field specific seminars, and a student design competition.

REGISTRATION: $50/Career Day & $20/Per Student Design Entry
INCLUDES: Continental Breakfast & Ticket to the FWNOLA Runway Show following Career Day
The Student Design Competition provides enterprising students the opportunity to showcase their creative talent before a panel of fashion professionals. Participating students will see their fashions on the FWNOLA runway that evening at The Sugar Mill. Additionally, the winners will be announced and receive a prize package at FWNOLA.
To be eligible for the Student Design Competition, students are required to register and attend Career Day. Entries must be designed and completed by the applicant within the last six months. Three categories are available, and students may enter in any or all categories. However, only one entry per category will be allowed.
Categories Are:
1. Daywear (Male or Female)
2. Cocktail/Evening/Avant-Garde
3. Repurposed Attire
